Oven Pancakes

Mmmm! Oven pancakes! My mom used to make these for us. Now I make them all the time for my family. They only take about a half hour to mix and bake. We love to watch them in the oven as they get puffier and puffier!

6 Tbs Butter placed in 450' oven to melt in glass 9x13 pan

8 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt (and add just a pinch more)
1 1/3 Cups Flour
1 1/3 Cups Milk

Beat eggs till well mixed. Add flour and salt. Beat till smooth. stir in milk. Pour batter in pan. Bake at 450' for 15 min. Reduce temp. to 350' and bake 5-10 minutes more.

Toppings: sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with syrup.
